More Than a Ministry—A Mission to Bring Hope
Jesus Freaks Ministry is a Christ-centered nonprofit dedicated to sharing the hope of Jesus Christ through compassionate outreach, biblical discipleship, prayer, and meaningful partnerships with local churches and community organizations.
We believe every person is created in the image of God and deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Whether someone is searching for spiritual answers, facing difficult circumstances, or simply needs someone willing to listen and pray, we seek to meet people where they are and point them to the lasting hope found in Jesus Christ.
Our Mission
Jesus Freaks Ministry exists to glorify God by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, serving people with compassion, strengthening local churches, and equipping believers through biblical discipleship.
Every ministry effort is designed to offer Hope for Today while pointing people to the lasting Hope for Eternity.
Following Where God Leads
Jesus Freaks Ministry was born out of a simple desire—to faithfully follow Jesus Christ and help others discover the hope found in Him.
What began as a burden to share the Gospel has grown into a ministry that serves people both spiritually and practically. Through compassionate outreach, biblical discipleship, prayer, and partnerships with local churches, we seek to meet people where they are while pointing them to the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
Every Hope Bag distributed, every Gospel conversation, every resource we publish, and every ministry partnership exists for one purpose: to glorify God by helping people discover hope for today and the eternal hope found only in Jesus Christ.

Everything we do begins with prayer and a desire to faithfully follow wherever God opens doors. We measure success not by numbers, but by obedience to His calling and faithfulness to His Word.
Faith in Action
Our mission isn’t confined to a single program or outreach. We seek to live out the love of Christ by sharing the Gospel, serving people with compassion, strengthening local churches, and equipping believers to faithfully follow Jesus Christ.

We boldly proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ through personal conversations, community outreach, publications, and digital media, believing the Gospel is the power of God unto salvation.

We meet practical needs through Hope Bags, encouragement, prayer, and connections to trusted local churches and community resources, demonstrating Christ’s love in tangible ways.
⛪ Strengthen Local Churches
We believe the local church is God’s primary instrument for discipleship. Our goal is to encourage, equip, and partner with Bible-believing churches—not replace them.

Through biblical resources like First Steps and Made New, future discipleship materials, and personal encouragement, we help believers grow into faithful followers of Jesus Christ.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
Our Foundation of Faith
Jesus Freaks Ministry is firmly grounded in the truth of God’s Word. Everything we teach, every ministry we pursue, and every decision we make is guided by the Bible. While our complete Statement of Faith provides a detailed explanation of our beliefs, these core truths shape everything we do.
📖 The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, revealing His truth and providing everything we need for faith and life.
✝️ Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God who lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose bodily from the grave, and alone offers salvation.
❤️ Salvation
We believe salvation is by God’s grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ—not by human works—and that every believer receives eternal life through Him.
🙏 Prayer
We believe prayer is a privilege given by God through Jesus Christ. He hears, answers, guides, comforts, and strengthens His people according to His perfect will.
⛪ The Church
We believe the local church is God’s primary instrument for worship, discipleship, fellowship, and sharing the Gospel throughout the world.
🌱 Christian Living
We believe every follower of Christ is called to live in obedience to God’s Word, growing in faith, love, holiness, and service.
👑 Christ’s Return
We believe Jesus Christ will personally and visibly return, bringing His redemptive plan to completion and establishing His eternal kingdom.

We believe every Christian is called to make disciples, love others, and faithfully proclaim the Gospel until Christ returns.

OUR NAME
Why “Jesus Freaks”?
The name Jesus Freaks Ministry is rooted in the historic Jesus Movement of the late 1960s and early 1970s. During that time, thousands of young people experienced genuine transformation through faith in Jesus Christ. What some intended as a label of ridicule became a badge of joyful devotion to Christ.
Today, we embrace that same spirit—not as a reflection of a particular generation or style, but as a commitment to wholeheartedly follow Jesus Christ and boldly share His Gospel.
Our name reminds us that we are called to live unashamed of our faith, love people as Christ loves them, and faithfully proclaim the hope found only in Him.
Everything we do—from compassionate outreach and Hope Bags to discipleship resources and church partnerships—flows from our desire to faithfully live out the truth of Romans 1:16.
