“I have to clean myself up before I come to God… right?”
That’s what so many of us believe.
But Romans 5:8 tells a completely different story:
While we were STILL sinners, Christ died for us.
Not after you fixed yourself.
Not after you got your life together.
Not after you became “good enough.”
He came for you in the middle of your mess.
God isn’t waiting for a polished version of you—He’s calling you as you are.
Stop trying to earn what’s already been given through grace.
Come to Him first… and let Him do the cleaning.
