Spiritual attacks do not always look like temptation. Many times they come through fear, doubt, confusion, accusation, discouragement, and lies. That is why God gave believers more armor.
In Ephesians 6, Paul continues the Armor of God with the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit—followed by a call to continual prayer.
🛡️ The Shield of Faith — trusting God when fear, doubt, and lies come against you.
🛡️ The Helmet of Salvation — guarding the mind with the truth of who you are in Christ and the hope of salvation.
🗡️ The Sword of the Spirit — using the Word of God to confront deception, resist temptation, and walk in truth.
🙏 Prayer — continual dependence on God in every battle.
Many believers know about the armor but forget to use it daily. God has given His people protection, truth, and strength to stand firm.
